Our wellness program includes guided exercises and therapies designed to support spinal flexibility, muscle balance, and overall strength. These are not just for recovery — they are a proactive way to maintain wellness, mobility, and daily comfort. Each exercise or modality has a specific role, and together they provide a comprehensive approach to keeping your body strong and resilient.
Spinal Flexibility & Core Stability
Spinal flexibility exercises help maintain healthy movement in the back while reducing stiffness. Core-related exercises, performed while lying down, are included to gently activate and strengthen the abdominal muscles. A strong core provides stability to the spine, allowing the body to move with greater ease and balance in everyday life.
Hip Exercises for Mobility & Balance
The hips play a central role in posture and movement. Our program includes targeted hip stretches and strengthening exercises to improve mobility, support pelvic alignment, and encourage balanced movement between the lower back and legs. By keeping the hips flexible and strong, the spine and surrounding muscles function more efficiently, reducing strain and improving overall comfort.
Whole Body Vibration Therapy
Whole Body Vibration (WBV) is a specialized modality included in our wellness plan. During WBV, you stand or perform simple movements on a vibration platform that gently stimulates muscles and joints. The vibrations activate muscle contractions throughout the body, enhancing circulation, improving balance, and promoting core and postural strength. Patients often find WBV both energizing and relaxing, as it provides a low-impact way to activate muscles and support overall wellness.
Neck Strengthening & Postural Support
Neck strengthening is an important part of maintaining proper alignment and reducing daily tension. We incorporate both flexion exercises (gentle forward movements) and guided lying exercises that target the deep neck flexors. Additionally, prone-position exercises activate the posterior back and shoulder muscles, building strength in the muscles that support posture. This balanced approach helps the neck and upper back work together more effectively for long-term comfort and stability.
Hip Flexor & Posterior Chain Training
To complement spinal and neck work, focused attention is given to the hip flexors and posterior chain (the muscles along the back side of the body, including glutes, hamstrings, and spinal extensors). Stretching and strengthening these areas helps maintain flexibility in the front of the hips while building strength and endurance in the back muscles. This balance supports healthy posture and efficient movement.
Included in Your Wellness Plan
All of these exercises from spinal flexibility and hip mobility training to neck strengthening and whole body vibration — are included as part of our Wellness Plan package. By combining these approaches, we create a program that supports the entire body: improving flexibility, encouraging circulation, strengthening key muscle groups, and promoting overall wellness.
