At Wake Spine & Rehab, we believe that everyone deserves access to exceptional chiropractic care. To make your visits as convenient and stress-free as possible, we offer several flexible payment options and accept multiple forms of payment at the time of service.

Accepted Forms of Payment

• All major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
• Cash payments for any services rendered
• Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) debit cards

 

We accept major credit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) debit cards. Financing options available through CareCredit.

FSA & HSA Accepted

We accept HSA and FSA cards for eligible chiropractic services. If needed, we’ll provide you with an itemized receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your benefits provider for reimbursement.

CareCredit, a healthcare credit card designed to help you finance out-of-pocket expenses for wellness treatments. With CareCredit, you can pay for your care over time with convenient monthly payments and special financing options on purchases of $200 or more.*

Applying is quick and easy, and you can use your CareCredit account for follow-up appointments or treatments for the whole family.                                                                                     

Insurance Participation

Wake Spine & Rehab is in the process of expanding our payment options to include participation with select insurance providers. Details on accepted plans will be announced soon, and patients will be notified as additional coverage options become available.

Don’t have health insurance?

No problem — we’ve teamed up with ChiroHealthUSA, a membership-based savings program that helps make care more affordable for our cash-paying patients. By joining, you gain access to lower, pre-set rates for our services, all while keeping everything in line with insurance guidelines.

Payment Timing

Payment is due at the time of each visit unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Digital receipts are available immediately after checkout. Our care plans are designed to make it easier to stay consistent with your treatments while managing costs over time.
