Insurance & Reimbursement
We are a cash-based practice and do not bill insurance directly. Payment is collected at the time of service or through your membership plan.
For patients who wish to use their insurance, we are happy to provide a superbill (an itemized receipt with treatment and diagnostic codes) that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your specific plan.
Adjunct Therapy Pricing
Therapies can be added to any membership visit. Each is charged per session.
• Interferential Current (IFC): $15 / session
Gentle electrical stimulation to reduce muscle spasm, improve circulation, and support recovery.
• Intersegmental Traction (Roller Table): $20 / session
Helps stretch spinal joints, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation.
• Ultrasound Therapy (US): $30 / session
